Méthodes d’impression et qualité – flexographie VS encre

Our clothes are professionally printed using industry’s leading print technologies, providing a significantly higher than average quality as well as increased durability without degradation of the print. Our state-of-the-art printing methods are what’s best in the t-shirt industry today and even if the production cost is higher than average for us, there is no difference for you since we reduced our “margin of profit” in order to offer a price equal or cheaper than elsewhere.

We use two different printing techniques:

Flexography (vinyl) :

This method provides the best printing quality available to date in the clothing industry, even better than classic screen-printing used in most serigraphy shops. Using flexography, the design is cut in a vinyl material thermally bond on the apparel, making it literally indestructible through the years. Very long lifespan guaranteed – no cracking or discoloration even after several hundred of washes.
T-shirts printed in flexography are marked with a « vinyl print » label on the website.

Ink Printing (Digital Direct DTG) :

This printing technique is the only one that can print designs with a lot of details or different colors. It is also the most environmentally friendly solution since we use only water-based inks that contain no chemicals. The ink penetrates the fabric without leaving any relief, thus producing more comfortable clothes to wear. The downside is that ink print is a little bit less wash-resistant when compared to flexography.
